Fast – Friendly – Forensic

We provide our clients access to trained customer service professionals who answer all inquiries in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner.

Clients may call toll-free with questions ranging from general interpretation of test results, specimen collection and handling requirements, STAT (rush) services, specimen transportation issues, and questions regarding Norchem Sentry™. If our Client Services department does not know the answer to your question, we will refer you to someone on our staff who can. Our goal is to develop professional relationships with our clients to ensure they are satisfied and informed about the services we can offer them.

Norchem Support Services

Consultation regarding interpretation and utilization of results is readily available from our toxicologists. They can provide education and help you to develop substance abuse policies and  programs, and address any legal concerns. We also provide training for organizations on specimen collection, chain of custody procedures, and general education about our substance abuse monitoring services.
